Mod Install

1st step: download the GTA Vice City unmodified game on this link: Here

2nd step: download CLEO, and then extract to main game directory: Here or Here

3rd step: download the Ultimate ASI loader, and then extract to main game directory: Here

4th step: download modloader: Here **Make sure you extract modloader into main game directory and "gta_vc.exe" 1.0 downgrade is required before you install modloader** Install this client: Here

5th step: Install Neptunia VC Mod. After that, move it inside the modloader: Here

Last step: delete "player.bmp" in "generic" folder in "models" folder. Like this: models ---> generic ---> player.bmp, delete it.
