Vice

 

Vice is a Virtual Idol and a supporting character in Neptunia Virtual Stars. Vice has black hair with long twintails, printed bat wings on her front hair and blue eyes. She wears a golden accessory on her hair resembling a leaf, a black long sleeved top with green cuffs and golden trimmings paired with a white collared shirt decorated with golden crowns, a black and green pleated high-low skirt and matching boots with a similar pattern.
